I really appreciate your taking the time to be so specific. I did try what you suggested, but nothing worked. I then actually broke down and paid to make a call to the Parallels tech support people, but the person I spoke to was also unable to solve the problem. He asked me to send him pictures of a couple of screens, and this proved to be a gigantic problem as my e-mail wouldn't send them.

I solved that problem by going to the website of my e-mail provider and sending the messages from there. So now I'm waiting to hear what his response will be. Thanks again!
